What can you expect from MIM Fertility?

At MIM Fertility, we automate and enhance the efficiency of the in vitro process. We specialize in developing technology solutions based on ML/DL. Our mission is to support patients through technology. For several years, we have been developing medical technologies related to diagnostics in the treatment of infertility using the in vitro method.

We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – a highly skilled, autonomous, and creative individual who can propose and implement high-quality financial solutions aligned with best practices.

We expect the ability to think strategically, manage risks, and optimize financial processes to support the long-term growth of the company.

 

Requirements: 

  • Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CFO, 5 years in a C-level position.
  • Experience in research and managing financial operations.
  • Excellent managerial skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial standards.
  • Ability to think analytically and make data-driven financial decisions.
  • Ability to create and manage budgets.
  • Familiarity with tools and methods for cost optimization.
  • Ability to monitor budget compliance.
  • Proactive approach to identifying savings.
  • High level of autonomy based on responsibility for the assigned area.
  • Proficiency in English at C2 level.
  • Familiarity with Google tools.

Duties

  • Managing the financial area.
  • Monthly budgeting and cash flow management.
  • Managing expenditure optimization, project reallocations, tax relief, contracts, etc.
  • Controlling budget compliance.
  • Actively seeking savings/ Identifying and assessing financial risks and implementing appropriate corrective measures.
  • Research and management of financial operations/ Actively seeking new sources of funding, including grants, loans, and investments.
  • Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy.
  • Ongoing collaboration with the Management Board in making key decisions, providing advisory and business partnership.
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial results and preparing reports for the board and investors.
  • Collaborating with operational departments to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with external and internal auditors and ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
