Distributor Relations Manager

What can you expect from MIM Fertility?

MIM Fertility is an innovative company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence-based software that revolutionizes the in vitro process. Currently, in the commercialization stage of our products, we are seeking a Distributor Relations Manager who will be a key asset to our team, managing relationships with distributors and supporting our mission through the effective introduction of products to the market.


  • Managerial experience in the medical industry, especially in the field of  IVF – min. 3 years
  • Experience in sales, particularly through distributors
  • Excellent command of English (C2) and Spanish (C1)
  • Independence, initiative, excellent communication skills
  • Openness to various markets, understanding their specifics
  • Preferred references from previous employers


Distributor Relationships:

  • Maintain deep relationships with distributors through regular updates, progress tracking, and proactive actions to understand their needs and provide support.
  • Negotiate contracts and establish detailed collaboration terms, including active contract finalization and strict supervision of their implementation.

Distributor Management:

  • Make key decisions regarding the continuation/change of distributors, along with meticulous result reconciliation.
  • Prepare regular reports on distributor performance, analyze KPIs, and propose innovative improvements.

Training and Support:

  • Supervise and organize training for distributors, including providing marketing materials.
  • Actively support distributors in implementations, coordinating with the technical team.

Building Relationships:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and clinics, ensuring loyalty and increasing market share.
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing team to adapt strategies to distribution market needs.

Innovation and Leadership:

  • Share feedback and suggestions with distributors, support innovative ideas for products and services.
  • Lead the distributor team, providing support and developing their skills.
  • Coordinate distributor activities in different markets, actively seek new opportunities and solutions.
