MIM Fertility is an innovative company specializing in the development of artificial intelligence-based software that revolutionizes the in vitro fertilization process. Currently, at a crucial juncture in our development – the commercialization of our products – we are seeking a Research Project Manager.

Requirements:

Higher education in a field related to biological or medical sciences. PhD is a plus
Experience in managing projects, especially research projects in the field of reproductive health or reproductive biology
Preferred experience in working in the medtech, medical or pharmaceutical industry
Preferred experience with research related to medical devices, especially in software as a medical device area
Familiarity with research methodology and the ability to design and conduct scientific research
Ability to analyze data and interpret research results
Understanding of the field of reproductive medicine, including the latest trends, technologies, and research
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to present research results to management and the research team
Ability to effectively lead a research team and provide guidance in the area of bio-medical team
Decision-making skills and the ability to manage research projects
Goal-oriented with inner drive to lead projects to completion
English language proficiency at level C1, Polish language proficiency native
Ability to think creatively and adopt innovative approaches in conducting research
Conscientiousness and accuracy, communicativeness
Awareness and adherence to ethical principles in the field of scientific research, especially in the context of reproductive medicine and health

Duties

Designing, planning, execution and monitoring and documenting of MIM Fertility medical device research projects to ensure strict adherence to the principles and good practices of scientific study design and execution.
Coordinating the activities of the research sites to ensure study protocol adherence and study execution; guiding research sites to ensure satisfactory quality of study execution and collected data.
Team Management: Coordinating the work of the research team, overseeing project progress, and assigning tasks to efficiently achieve the established research objectives.
Data Analysis: Verification of collected data quality and taking corrective actions to ensure collected data meet prespecified quality requirements; Collecting and analyzing data gathered during research to provide relevant information for the organization and clients.
Reporting: Creating clear reports with research results, presenting them to decision-makers or stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Proposal Preparation: Collaborating with the sales team to develop research project proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
Resource Management: Supporting acquisition of adequate resources, including human, financial, and technological, for the effective implementation of research projects.
Research Planning and Design: Defining research objectives, developing research strategies, creating action plans, and budgets necessary for the implementation of research projects.
Collaboration with Other Departments: Actively communicating across various departments such as marketing, development, or sales team to understand their research needs and provide them with relevant decision-supporting information.
