What can you expect from MIM Fertility?

We are an AI company that has harnessed artificial intelligence to help in one of the most sensitive areas – healthcare, specifically in infertility treatment. Now we are looking for people who will help us in the sale of our SaaS medical products.

Requirements:

Fluent in Czech (you will talk to Czech doctors on a daily basis)
Fluency in English – needed at business meetings, conferences, to deepen knowledge about products
Sales experience min. Year, preferably in the medical / pharmaceutical industry
Sales and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented – task-oriented
Organizational skills – discipline
Willingness to learn new things – curiosity about the world and people
Communication skills – the ease of speaking clearly about complex things

Welcome

knowledge of the IT industry
knowledge of the healthcare industry, in particular infertility treatment methods

Duties

Building relationships with customers in order to sell a SaaS medical devices
telephone and e-mail arranging meetings (online and stationary) with clients from our database
arranging meetings via Linkedin – readiness to use your own profile on Linkedin for business purposes
conducting a product presentation (demo)
further contact – answering questions and doubts in order to finalize the sale
Keeping documentation (e.g. CRM Pipedrive)
Building (your/company’s) good image
Close cooperation with the business development and management teams

monthly PLN 4-5k + commission calculated on a quarterly basis of a maximum of PLN 13.5k + discretionary bonus
