Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting our CEO in achieving product-market fit. As a Senior Sales Executive at MIM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our market expansion efforts.


  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 7 years of successful experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Relationship Building: A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture.


  1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our product-market fit goals.
  2. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth. Utilize insights to refine sales tactics and contribute to product development decisions.
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Provide expert guidance on how can address their requirements and contribute to their success.
  4. Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
  5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach in delivering value to clients and improving the overall customer experience.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular updates to the executive team. Forecast accurately to inform strategic decision-making.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in fertility technology. Leverage this knowledge to enhance sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
