What can you expect from MIM Fertility?

At MIM Fertility, we automate and enhance the efficiency of the In Vitro process. We specialize particularly in developing technology solutions based on ML/DL. Our mission is to support patients through technology. For several years, we have been developing medical technologies related to diagnostics in the treatment of the In Vitro method.

Currently, we are seeking a specialist to join our team and contribute to the efficient functioning of the entire company: DevOps Engineer / IT Administrator.

We are looking for an independent individual who will propose high-quality solutions in line with best practices and will be able to implement them.
A person with broad competencies who can solve problems independently.

Requirements:

Are you an independent person who has unconventional ideas and values autonomy? Can you listen patiently and explain clearly? Are you able to organize your work efficiently on your own? Do you prefer being responsible for outcomes (system operation) rather than just task completion? Additionally, you are familiar with:

Linux
Docker
methods ensuring high availability and security of services
service monitoring methods
orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes)
IaC tools (e.g., Terraform)
you have experience with cloud solutions (e.g., AWS)
English B2 level

should have

load balancing and Proxy (e.g., Traefik, Nginx)
experience in creating CI/CD processes (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitlabCI)
experience with VPN usage

nice to have

Python
experience with the SLURM queue system or JupyterHub server
knowledge of virtualization tools (e.g., KVM)

Duties

Preparation, launch, and administration of services and applications running on our servers and in the cloud
Establishing a scalable backup system
Participation in the development and implementation of security policies
Responding to failures, troubleshooting, and implementing preventive solutions
Supporting development teams
Administration of Linux-based servers
Ensuring data security and compliance
Configuring tunneled (VPN) access to servers and services
