What can you expect from MIM Fertility?

At MIM Fertility, we automate and enhance the efficiency of the In Vitro process. We specialize particularly in developing technology solutions based on ML/DL. Our mission is to support patients through technology. For several years, we have been developing medical technologies related to diagnostics in the treatment of the In Vitro method.

Currently, we are seeking a specialist to join our team and contribute to the positive functioning of the entire company: DevOps Engineer.

The person hired for this position will be responsible for managing servers and their access with a particular focus on security and reliable operation. Key qualifications and responsibilities include:


  • Independence and creativity in action

  • Minimum technical education (preferably in IT)
  • Proficiency in English enabling comfortable use of knowledge in this language
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud solutions
  • Knowledge of virtualization/containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, KVM)
  • Knowledge of orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform)
  • Understanding of methods ensuring high availability and service security
  • DevOps skills in CI/CD processes (e.g. GIT, Jenkins, Gitlab CI)
  • Nice to have
  • Familiarity with VPN solutions (e.g., OpenVPN, L2TP)
  • Familiarity with Load Balancing and Proxy solutions (e.g. Traefik, Nginx)
  • Knowledge of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • Experience with SLURM queuing system or JupyterHub server


  • Preparation, launch, and administration of services and applications running on our servers and in the cloud
  • Configuring tunneled (VPN) access to servers and services
  • Establishing a scalable backup system
  • Participation in the development and implementation of security policies in the company
  • Responding to failures, troubleshooting, and implementing preventive solutions
  • Supporting development teams in service development
  • Administration of Linux-based servers
  • Ensuring data security and GDPR compliance
